My name is Dawn Frank and I live in Wyanet with my amazing husband Brian. We have 7 children, 6 boys and a girl. I started my gluten free journey over 2 years ago to help control inflammation and pain due to an auto immune disease. I learned how to cook from my mom, grandma and aunts. However I did not know a thing about cooking gluten free but quickly learned and wouldn’t change the way going gluten free has made me feel. It has been life changing for me. I have been teaching healthy cooking classes in Princeton for over a year. We will continue to have classes, a daily lunch special, items available in our refrigerator, bakery items and of course our heat and eat weekly meal sign ups.
